1. About us Sirimuvva ("we", "us", "our") is a premium saree brand based in India, selling online at sirimuvva.in and via WhatsApp at +91 93472 54599. Contact: sirimuvvaofficial@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products, colours & handloom nature Our sarees are handcrafted, handloom, and hand block-printed. Minor irregularities, slubs, and small variations are natural characteristics of the craft, not defects. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen versus the actual fabric due to lighting and display settings. Product images are for reference and we make every effort to display them accurately.
4. Pricing & payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We are prepaid only and do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are accepted via UPI (PhonePe / GPay), bank transfer, and secure online payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
5. Orders & acceptance Orders may be placed through our website or via WhatsApp/DM. An order is confirmed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount already paid in such cases.
6. Shipping & delivery We ship across India, typically within 1–7 business days via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional factors. Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
7. Returns & refunds Returns, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
8. Intellectual property All content on this site — including images, videos, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Sirimuvva and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Prohibited use You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, to resell without authorisation, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirimuvva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
