Refund policy

At Sirimuvva, every saree is carefully inspected and packed before it reaches you. Because our sarees are premium handcrafted pieces, we follow an exchange / replacement-only policy.

No refunds All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Replacement or exchange We will gladly arrange a free replacement or exchange only if:

  • the saree arrives damaged or defective, or
  • you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).

How to raise a claim

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 93472 54599.
  • Share a clear unboxing video recorded continuously from the sealed parcel, along with photos of the issue. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

What is not covered

  • Slight variation in colour between your screen and the actual fabric.
  • Minor irregularities, slubs, or variations natural to handloom and hand block-print sarees — these are characteristics of the craft, not defects.
  • Change of mind, or the fit of any stitched/blouse piece.

Payment We are prepaid only and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
