Ordering

How do I order?
Browse our sarees, add your favourite to cart and check out on our website — or simply tap the “Order on WhatsApp” button on any product and we'll help you place it personally.

Are the sarees in stock?
Yes — what you see on the site is what's available. Our stock is limited and restocks are rare, so if you love a piece, it's best not to wait.

Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you offer?
Premium mulmul cotton, Mangalagiri & Narayanpet handlooms, hand block-print cotton, Kalamkari, Kota and georgette — each chosen for its softness, finish and feel.

How do I care for my saree?
For the first few washes we recommend a gentle cold hand-wash, separately, with a mild detergent. Dry in shade and iron on medium heat. This keeps the colours and weave beautiful for longer.

Will the colour be exactly like the photos?
We photograph our sarees as truthfully as we can, but slight variation can occur due to screen settings and the natural character of handcrafted dyeing and printing.

Blouse

Does the saree come with a blouse?
Most of our sarees include a blouse piece (running or contrast) — the exact details are noted on each product page. Message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to confirm for a specific saree.

Shipping & Payment

Do you ship across India?
Yes — we offer free delivery across India, usually within 1–7 business days, and you'll get a tracking link once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept prepaid payments only — UPI (GPay/PhonePe), cards and net banking — through a secure checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at the moment — all orders are prepaid for now. We're working on adding it soon.

Returns

What's your return policy?
If your saree arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we'll replace it or refund you in full. As each saree is a handcrafted piece, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Full details here.
